At Ohh Soo Lit Apparel, every item is made to order just for you. Because of this, we do not accept returns or exchanges for buyer's remorse, incorrect size selection, or change of mind.
We've got you covered if something goes wrong:
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or with a printing error, we will replace it or issue a full refund at no cost to you. Simply contact us within 30 days of delivery with:
- Your order number
- A clear photo of the issue
What we cannot refund:
- Items ordered in the wrong size (please check our size guides before ordering)
- Items that have been worn, washed, or altered
- Orders where the shipping address provided was incorrect
Lost or stolen packages: Ohh Soo Lit Apparel is not responsible for packages lost or stolen after confirmed delivery. If your tracking shows delivered but you haven't received your order, please contact your local carrier first.
